Unity vs. Unreal Engine…Convince Me in 6 Minutes?

As a beginner I take a look at Unity. Can they convince me to use them over Unreal Engine. We shall see. It is not as clear cut as we think. This is the first time looking a Unity after being in UnReal Engine for a while. More of a feature overview.
